Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: 2026-06-27

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Equiora's website. They do not govern the engagement of professional services, which is governed by the relevant engagement letter (see section 4).

1. Purpose and acceptance

This website is informational and presents Equiora's services. Access and browsing imply acceptance of these Terms, the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the website

The user undertakes to:

  • Use the site and its content lawfully and in good faith.
  • Not enter false data in forms or impersonate third parties.
  • Not take actions that may damage, overload or impair the normal operation of the site.
  • Not systematically extract or reuse the content without authorisation.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The site's content is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights, as set out in the Legal Notice.

4. Engagement of services

No services are contracted and no payments are made through this website. The forms and meeting booking serve only to begin a commercial conversation. The provision of any professional service is formalised through a specific engagement letter or proposal, which constitutes the contract between the parties and prevails over these Terms as regards the service.

5. Availability and disclaimer of warranties

Equiora endeavours to keep the site available and functioning correctly but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors or technical incidents. Published information is general in nature and does not constitute professional advice. Equiora is not liable for damages arising from use of the site to the extent permitted by law.

6. Third-party links

The site may include links to third-party pages. Equiora neither controls nor is responsible for their content or policies.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under the applicable law, without prejudice to the rights that mandatory law grants to those acting as consumers.

8. Changes

Equiora may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page.
